Commemorative stamp sheet with four stamps depicting four unrealised art designs of portraits of Václav Havel.

The background of the sheet is a detail from the front of the souvenir stamp, namely the presidential balcony at Prague Castle. The perforated stamp sheet is printed using the offset technique.

The sheet includes motifs printed in optically invisible ink with red fluorescence in the UV spectrum and letterpress numbering in black ink with green fluorescence in the UV spectrum.
