Since the design of the commemorative banknote practically corresponds to real banknotes, it also contains a number of security features that have the same function as for real banknotes - to prevent or at least significantly complicate possible counterfeiting.

The security features of the banknote are as follows:

• Valuation paper with watermark and coloured fibres
  
  
• On the reverse side: underprinted price raster, iris gradients, two-colour fluorescence under UV lamp in iris gradient, hidden pattern with initials VH
  
  
• On the reverse side: price underprint raster, iris gradients, two-colour fluorescence under UV lamp in iris gradient, pyramidal numbering with green fluorescence under UV lamp
